How do I scan a page?
Tap the camera button to capture a page with your camera, or import existing photos from your library.
What is AI mode?
AI mode sends a page to a cloud AI model that re-reads cursive and messy handwriting that on-device recognition can't handle. You get 3 free AI pages; after that, AI mode is part of Pro.
How do I get better accuracy?
Use good lighting, fill the frame with the page, and shoot from a straight angle. Pro users can also run handwriting calibration in Settings to teach the AI their handwriting style.
How do I restore purchases?
Open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: open iPhone Settings, tap your Apple ID, then Subscriptions, and cancel there. Apple manages all billing.
How do refunds work?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Is my writing private?
Yes. Free scans are processed entirely on your device and never leave your phone. See the full privacy policy for details.
